The Winchester Lodge Group Booking Terms & Rates

• To reserve a room block for a large group, a minimum of six (6) units must be reserved and financially guaranteed for a two (2) night minimum stay.

• Clients may request to hold additional units beyond the six (6) unit minimum. These additional units will be reserved for the group but are not financially required, and the standard cancellation policies apply.

• The first 6 units booked are considered the financially required or guaranteed units.

• A nonrefundable $500 deposit is required to reserve your group block and will be applied toward the room of your choice.

• At 90 days out from your reservation, our team will update you on how many units remain unbooked in your block.

• If you are arranging a group booking less than 90 days in advance, 50% is due at booking to hold the units in your block. 14 days ahead of your reservation, the final balance will be due.

• At 60 days out from your reservation, a 50% deposit will be due for the 6 units in your block. Any unbooked rooms beyond the 6 guaranteed units will be released to the public for booking at this time.

• 14 days from your reservation, the final balance for the 6 guaranteed units is due.

• If someone who placed a deposit on one of the financially guaranteed 6 units of your group block cancels their reservation 15 days or more before their stay, the initial 50% deposit is not refundable. This is per room.

• Please be aware that Holiday Weekends will incur a price increase: New Year’s Eve & Day, Valentine’s Day, Memorial Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
